令和５年度 地域商業機能複合化推進事業として
地元の志木街づくり株式会社を支援しています。
当事業は以下の３つの事業を柱として計画をしてきました。
本事業は採択され、以下の事業が実施されています。
・デジタルサイネージの設置
・AIカメラの設置
・回遊促進事業の実施
既にそれぞれの事業が実施されています。
各事業の企画支援にも携わりました。
新たなまちづくり会社の担い手を巻き込みながら
志木の中心市街地の組織運営を裏方から支えています。
